What's cooking in DC kitchens?

Today the Washington Post asked for your favorite neighborhood carry-outs. In a town of time-starved professionals like DC, it's easy to see why carry-out is popular. But even the busiest among us cook at home sometime. When you have time to make a home-cooked meal, what's on the menu? When we take time to make a home cooked meal, it's often roast chicken or chili.
